Non-Negotiable Laporan Surveyor (NNLS) is a non-negotiable form of LS used specifically for compliance and customs purposes. The NNLS is released when there are serious issues, such as the importer failing to upload revised/finalized documents after verification, or that the items are not in accordance with the documents submitted.
What is VPTI and why is it required?
VPTI (Verification or Technical Tracing of Imports) is a mandatory verification process to ensure imported goods comply with technical and regulatory requirements. It is implemented to protect consumers and support fair trade.
The VPTI process begins with the importing party in Indonesia submitting necessary documents for designated imported goods, involving inspection at the country of origin with the exporter, and the surveyor releasing certain verification documents that are necessary to ensure commodity entry in Indonesia.
